Abstract

The subject of the article is the study of socialization and inculturalization processes significance at higher school under modern conditions. These processes contribute to sociocultural competence development that meets the new generation FSES (Federal State Educational Standard) requirements and those of a modern job market. The aim of the study is the increase of sociocultural competence formation efficiency of a future specialist in the higher school educational environment. Recommendations: it is necessary to create certain pedagogical conditions to form sociocultural competence in a future specialist effectively. These conditions are the following: organization of educational process on the principles of nature conformity, socioconformity, collective interaction and personal communication; humanization and humanitarization of the educational process at higher school. Moreover, it is important to create favourable psychological atmosphere founded on mutual respect and understanding, supporting that stimulate student’s activity in self-determination and self-realization, and is the source of personal self-development and self-perfection. Conclusion: it is advisable to carry out creative interaction with students in the form of “round tables”, business and role playing, presentations, different competitions, conferences, contests, etc.
