Abstract
The article is devoted to the development of the social personality of a university teacher, the essence and the content of it. The authors explain the concept in relation to the development of the worldview of a university teacher and the teaching professional activity. It forms the basis of taking, keeping and involving personalities into the educational process with the meanings and values of the national culture. The teacher realizes the state social mission as the service to Motherland.
