Abstract
The article is devoted to revealing the essence of personal upbringing. The author reveals the essence of education and the student’s activities as the most important developing factor. The research describes influence of personal activity on their personal upbringing. It also highlights the requirements for organizing activity for personal self- manifestation in education. The author explains the pedagogy of organizing children activities (according to S.T. Shatskiy) from the points of theory and practices, the essence and the content of education. The article gives char- acteristics of the main aspects of pedagogy while organizing educational activities of children.
