Abstract

The system of socio-ecological priorities for the development of the Belarusian society as a unity of economic, social, political and scientific-management factors is presented. Along with the growing role of state policy in the socio-economic and environmental spheres in the context of the transition to a post-industrial society, one of the factors of sustainable development is the strengthening of the presence of civil initiatives and public control in these areas. To implement the national strategy for sustainable development, a clear system of social and environmental priorities for creating optimal living conditions for the population is required. Further interaction of state and public structures, increasing the efficiency of self-government in the socio-ecological sphere is one of the immediate tasks facing the country.
