SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PRIORITAS PENYANDARAN KAPAL MENGGUNAKAN METODE MULTI FACTOR EVALUATION PROCESS (MFEP)

Abstract

PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 Makassar is a sea port in Makassar, Indonesia. This port has the highest passenger traffic and the largest cargo traffic in Sulawesi. Makassar port is also known as Soekarno-Hatta port. This study aims to create a prior decision support system ship berthing by applying the Multi Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 Makassar. In this study, a Decision Support System was developed as an alternative in determining the priority of ship docking at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia Persero Regional 4 Makassar by using the Multi Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method. This method provides subjective consideration of factors that are considered important. Factors to consider are the length of the dock and loading, type of ship and transportation. The results of this study are in the form of rankings which will later become a benchmark in making ship docking priority decisions.
