Abstract
The use of information technology is currently indispensable in the world of work, both private and government. Individuals and organizations are required to adapt to existing technological developments and use them in their work, PT. Prima Jaya Karya Makassar, which is located at Jl. Yos Sudarso No. 304 Tabarringan Ujung Tanah, Makassar City strives to continuously improve the quality of its employees so that productivity can be maintained and continues to increase. This research was conducted by designing an application by applying a Preference Selection Index (PSI) method, namely a method or algorithm that performs the ranking process of various alternatives based on established criteria, namely discipline, initiative, achievement, work, order, performance and social, with the This application that was built can provide convenience for company leaders in assessing the best employees at PT. Prima Jaya Karya.
