Abstract
Abstract This scoping review will map the existing literature on the self-determination of forced migrants in a global context, with special attention to how self-determination and related terms are defined and how associations between self-determination and wellbeing are established, if at all. Additional research questions: Which theories, methods, and study designs does the existing literature use to connect forced migrant decision-making and wellbeing? What gaps exist in the literature on the topic of forced migrant decision-making? What are next steps for future research on the topic of decision-making in the context of forced migration?
