Abstract
The article notes the predominant role of agricultural production in the structures of the OKVED of the country and its undeniable success. Attention is drawn to the loading and unloading and transport operations in agriculture, which do not fully meet the requirements of the regulatory framework in the field of safety. In support of this, information is provided on this problem in Russia and in some countries of the world. Particular emphasis is made on the need to strengthen work in this direction, including theoretical and practical aspects. For analysis, the article schematically presents the subindustries of the agroindustrial complex with the presence of loading and unloading and transport operations, the aggregate state of goods and their mass and dimensional characteristics, which significantly affect safety. The need for professional and objective multilateral analysis is emphasized in order to find ways to improve the safety of loading and unloading and transport operations, taking into account the characteristics of agricultural goods. The relative stability of industry factors influencing the danger is noted; however, it does not allow to develop methods for reducing and eliminating injuries and accidents in the considered operations. Therefore, the article forms analytical dependencies on the relevant parameters and their interrelationships. The analysis and assessment of the situation with injuries and accidents in the implementation of loading and unloading and transport operations determine the need to update the regulatory framework in this part, as well as theoretical and practical provisions in terms of engineering and technical innovation. Five patented solutions are given as an example, contributing to the practical elimination of traumatic factors.
