Abstract

A carbon-free and binder-free RuO2/Co3O4 cathode was prepared with porous nanosheet structure on stainless steel felt substrate. Both the porous structure of Co3O4 and the adding of RuO2 improved the catalytic performance with enhanced discharge capacity (4072 mAh g−1) and lower charge voltage (4.05 V) for Li-O2 batteries.
