Abstract

In this article, the effectiveness of the program of independent exercise classes at home in distance physical education classes for female students of higher education institutions was checked. The education system of the country, in connection with the forced quarantine institutions and later with the martial law, has been on distance learning for more than three years. It was found out that this is a period of accumulating experience, finding ways to improve the quality of education and using new forms of modern technologies in various educational processes. What has advantages in distance learning in one discipline, in such a discipline as physical culture, there are difficulties to adapt to modern realities, because this discipline has more practical significance. Experts in physical culture emphasize that physical education is trapped in the traditional model. Observations prove that in the conditions of distance learning, the students' usual movement mode fundamentally changes, due to the absence of even such everyday forms of movement activity as active movement to the city of study, climbing the stairs and even moving from one classroom to another.
As practice shows, women lose interest in sports and sports and health lessons earlier than men. As a result, motor activity decreases, which leads to a decrease in the level of development of physical qualities and the functional state of their organism. Therefore, there was a need to organize independent classes with physical exercises. A program of fitness training classes was developed in an online format. Thus, additional classes filled the lack of motor activity of girls. The results of the analysis of the received research data showed that a significant improvement in the results of the studied indicator was noted in the group of female respondents. The following conclusions were made: the use of independent classes as an additional load in distance learning conditions has a positive training and pedagogical effect: on the level of physical fitness and functional state of the body of female students; girls acquire certain knowledge, skills and skills in organizing independent classes.
