Abstract
The mode of personnel training in colleges and universities is a key issue related to the level of personnel training, quality and employment. In order to enrich the educational resources and fully meet the needs of the rapid development of the times, many colleges and universities have analyzed and improved the personnel training in colleges and universities under the mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises. For the computer professional, the traditional talent training mode has been unable to meet the actual needs of the school-enterprise cooperation model, the major colleges and universities should fully tap and make good use of existing resources to explore a more innovative, scientific and more appropriate personnel training model.
