Abstract

This paper mainly analyzes the necessity of early warning on the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities, probes into the early warning contents, indicators and the delimitation of warning lines related to the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities, and on this basis puts forward a early warning management system in order to accurately describe the operational situation of personnel training in colleges and universities, the training process and various influencing factors. We hope to provide forward-looking and guiding suggestions for colleges and universities to formulate policies and determine the direction of development.
