Abstract

With the rapid development of cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence and other information technologies, as well as the intensification of international competition, companies have gradually changed their management concepts and accelerated management reforms. New trends in management accounting development such as financial intelligence and shared finance have emerged . However, the reform of management accounting personnel training in colleges and universities is relatively lagging behind. How to cooperate with enterprises to promote the reform of management accounting personnel training in colleges and universities is becoming more and more important. This article aims to provide useful suggestions by discussing the reform path of management accounting personnel training in colleges and universities.
