Abstract

Research Article| October 01 2016 Remembering Victor Greene James S. Pula James S. Pula James S. Pula is Professor of History at Purdue University. His expertise includes ethnic and immigration studies, along with the American Civil War and Reconstruction. From 1982 to 2015, Pula was the Editor-in-Chief of Polish American Studies. He was also editor of The Polish American Encyclopedia (2011). Dr. Pula has authored multiple books, including New York Mills: The Evolution of a Village; Thaddeus Kościuszko: The Purest Son of Liberty (1998); and Polish Americans: An Ethnic Community (1995).
