He is the author of Rome’s Most Faithful Daughter: The Catholic Church and Independent Poland, 1914–1939 (Ohio University Press, 2009), and many articles on the history of sport and ethnicity. He is Editor-in-Chief of The Polish Review, and past president of the Polish American Historical Association.
