Abstract

In introduction the author notes that resource opportunities of the reflexive component of a person, groups, institutions of secondary professional education and systems of management often actually are not realized, not perceived as real sources of efficiency and progress in the system of secondary professional education. In order it will happen it is necessary to perform qualitative transition to new administrative knowledge, intellection, consciousness, to a new administrative paradigm. The content of article, in this regard, presents the theoretical analysis of some aspects of a phenomenon "reflexive management", in particular, its essential characteristics and the relations with innovations and improvisation in institution of professional education. In conclusion the author distinguishes two alternative strategies of management of innovations and improvisation in institution of professional education and notes objective necessity in continuing of systematization of scientific knowledge in reflection and reflexive management in institution of professional education.
