Reflections on Improving the Quality of the Cultivation of Talents Majoring in Business Administration in Colleges and Universities

Abstract

With the development of science and technology and the progress of society, the demand for talents has also changed from the original unitary senior specialized talents to compound talents with higher comprehensive quality. In order to better adapt to the new situation, the colleges and universities regard business and administration as main base of personnel training to carry out quality education. They integrate science education and humanistic education, adopt measures such as quotations, edutainment and literary infiltration to reform the model of personnel training in universities and improve the quality of human resources training and the overall quality of college students. How to improve the comprehensive quality evaluation mechanism of college students, design a comprehensive, scientific and reasonable comprehensive quality evaluation index system, and train more high-quality talents with both political integrity and ability for the society have become an important topic for higher education workers.
