Abstract
The 21st century is a knowledge-ability-oriented, with talent as heavy era, with new and higher demands on educational work. According to the evaluation of the overall quality of college students, we establish a scientific and rational students' quality evaluation index system. Evaluation index system and the establishment of the principle, combined with the requirements of comprehensive development of students, established a comprehensive quality evaluation model. We build the base model by reliability of higher-level analysis and the consistency test. to determine the weights of the individual indicators.
