Abstract

The present study aims at identifying the quality assurance procedures for the performance of the educational supervisors working at Amman educational directorates in the light of digital transformation from their point of view. The population is represented by (206) Educational Supervisors working at Amman Educational Directorates. The population is the same as the sample. A questionnaire is adopted as a study instrument, it consists of (3) dimensions and (30) statements. It is found that the current procedures followed to ensure the quality of the performance of educational supervisors is low with an overall mean of (1.88). It is also found that there are significant differences that can be attributed to sex and came in favour of females however, it is not attributed to directorate. It is found that the reasons for the need to develop procedures to ensure the quality of the performance of educational supervisors is high with an overall mean of (4.32), However, there are no significant differences which can be attributed to the directorate, or sex. Several recommendations are presented such as: the need to develop procedures to ensure the quality of the performance.
