Abstract
Cultivation of medical scientific research personnel is the driving force and source of the development of medicine. Powerful medical scientific research management would improve the overall level of hospital scientific research. Through the strengthening of discipline construction, the establishment of cooperation and communication platform, the implementation of an effective incentive mechanism, the improvement of research supporting conditions, the improvement of the quality of personnel management, the construction of scientific research management platform, we effectively enhanced the ability of scientific research personnel, and improved the level of scientific research in our hospital.
