Abstract

In the evaluation of comprehensive strength of hospitals, scientific research level is an important part. Scientific research level not only reflects the comprehensive strength of a hospital, but also affects its overall competitiveness. Therefore, improving hospital scientific research management is key to hospital management. This paper compares and analyzes some assessment indexes before and after the implementation of intervention measures for scientific research management intervention measures at our hospital from 2016 to 2018, including the number of grant applications, the number of approved grants, and the number of papers published. The results show that all indexes after the implementation of scientific research intervention measures are significantly better than those before the implementation. It is concluded that strengthening scientific research management intervention is very beneficial to overall scientific research level improvement in hospitals.
