Promoting the overall development of children's hospital by strengthen the scientific research management in hospital

Abstract

To analyze the present situation of scientific research management in Beijing Children's Hospital, Capital Medical University, summarize the achievements, find the problems, analyze the countermeasures, establish the development direction of the future research work, and try to establish the scientific management system for children's specialist hospitals in order to promote the overall development of the hospital. At present, there was a high level of scientific research work in the Beijing Children's Hospital, but we still had improvement space on the number of projects and the amount of funding, the quantity and quality of the papers, the award, the patents and the transformation, and so on. We suggested to make research work even better through the implementation of hospital policy tilt, adding hospital’s financial support, the whole process management of scientific research project, scientific research performance evaluation index system, the combination of clinical and basic research, and a series of scientific research management measures as well as creating a good atmosphere for scientific research.
