Abstract
Objective Strengthen the standardization, scientific and informatization-based developement of scientific research management in big data era. Methods Comprehensively applying the methodologies of literature analysis, survey investigation and system analysis to analyze the impact of big data on scientific research, identify existing problems in hospital scientific research management, study on the application of big data in the hospital scientific research management. Results Proposed some countermeasures to improve the level of hospital scientific research management. Details including construction and improvement of the hospital scientific research management data sharing platform, integration of Internet data resources and external data resources, building high-quality scientific research management teams qulaified for big data era, adopting overall planning and the construction strategy of step-by-step implementation, establishing a policy environment and social environment conducive to the application of big data, changing the concept of medical staff and promoting the application of big data. Conclusions The innovation of hospital scientific research management in big data era can push forward the reform of scientific research management and promote the development of medical scientific research management.
