He has a Ph.D. in Instructional Research and Development from Purdue University and an M.S. in Industrial Relations from Loyola University of Chicago. In addition to 15 years experience as an instructional designer in corporate and consulting firms, Professor Moller is an associate editor for Performance and Instruction.
