He has a Master's of Science in Industrial Relations from Loyola University of Chicago and is completing a Ph.D. in Instructional Research and Development from Purdue University. In addition to 15 years experience as an instructional designer in corporate and consulting firms, Professor Moller has authored several articles on Distance Education, Management, Research Foundations, and Ethics.
