Abstract

A methodology is developed for nanomodification of carbon steels during 3D printing by electric arc welding to improve their mechanical properties and cold resistance. The alloying chemical element is selected on the basis of quantum mechanical calculations and optimization of the content of nanoparticles introduced into the melt using neural network modeling. Keywords: 3D printing, cold resistance, mechanical and fatigue properties, 09Г2С steel. uru.40@mail.ru
