Abstract

The article deals with the priority directions of management training in Ukraine. Attention is paid to the problems of management training in terms of efficiency and effectiveness of this activity. The main features of high-quality modern management training are identified. It is necessary to take into account in preparing managers the new conditions of development of innovative society, which are related to the development of the digital economy. Quality management technologies important for management are considered, which consider quality from the point of view of its efficiency and effectiveness. The effectiveness of managerial work is defined as professional potential, which must be adapted to the processes of practical reality. Management effectiveness is considered as a real opportunity to achieve the set tactical and strategic goals. It is argued that without adapted performance, no results will be required. Particularly determined is the need to create legislative conditions for training management personnel. It is proposed in special legislation to take into account the principles of managerial constitutionalism and conditions of democratic meritocracy. Attention is drawn to the need for the development of university management science and its impact on the quality of management education. The conditions of creation of management team and formation of management capital are considered. The necessity of systematic development of the administrative resource and its influence on the reform of socio-economic relations in Ukraine is proved.
