Abstract

(Latitude, 12° 02.′7S.; Longitude, 75° 20′.4W. or 5h 01m.W. of Greenwich.)During the quarter ending September 30, 1925, the only marked magnetic storm was the sudden commencement at 2h 17m September 20, 1925, in which the horizontal intensity increased about 92γ within the space of a minute or two and the vertical intensity and declination showed corresponding sudden commencements.
