Preface

Abstract

After successfully held for two consecutive year, 2020 3rd International Symposium on Big Data and Applied Statistics(ISBDAS2020) continued to be held on July 11. This time we held an online conference due to the pandemic COVID-19. The health and safety of our participants and members of our research community is of top priority to the ISBDAS2020 Organizing Committee. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in Economic Management and Informatics and another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world.There are 113 people attended this on-line conference, who are from India, Iraq, Ambav, Slovakia, Ohio, USA, China and more countries and districts. The conference including keynote presentations and online discussion. In the first part, each keynote speakers were allocated 30 minutes to present their talks via Zoom. After the keynote talks, all participants joined in a WeChat communication group to discuss more about the talks and presentations. We are honored to have Prof.Wei Wei from Xi’an University of Technology as our Conference chair. Then we have Prof.Xuebin Chen from North China University of Science and Technology and GM.Chonggang Li from Beijing Jinxin Wangyin Financial Information Service co., LTD to serve as the Conference Committee Chair. The rest of the committee is formed by over ten experts and scholars from all over the world. In the keynote presentations part, Prof. Xuebin Chen shared his research on Network and Data Security. Prof.Wei Wei from Xi’an University of Technology, talked about the research on AI Bigdata processing. GM.Chonggang Li who worked at Beijing Jinxin Wangyin Financial Information Service co., LTD shared his experience in presiding over the development of the first big data prevention and control financial risk and intelligent decision support system in China. Their speeches inspired the participants and had lively discussion in the second session of the conference. The discussion lasted for about 30 minutes through the WeChat group. Every participant praised this conference for disseminating useful and insightful knowledge.ISBDAS2020 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of Big Data and Applied Statistics to a common forum. Therefore, we compiled a lot of excellent papers featuring the latest advanced studies on the following topics: Big Data, Mathematics, Computer Science, and other related topics. All the papers have been through rigorous review and process to meet the requirements of International publication standard.We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the chairman, the keynote speakers and all audiences, who jointly make this conference a great success. We hope this conference can be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in Big Data and Applied Statistics and related areas.
