Abstract

To adapt to this changing world and China’s fast development in this new era, the 2020 2nd International Academic Exchange Conference on Science and Technology Innovation (IAECST 2020) was to be held in December 2020. Organized jointly by over ten universities and academic societies, this conference takes “bringing together global wisdom in scientific innovation to promote high-quality development” as the theme and focuses on cutting-edge research fields including information technology, artificial intelligence, biomedicine, big data, water conservancy project, civil engineering, construction engineering, new energy and new materials. This conference aims to boost development of the Greater Bay Area, expand channels of international academic exchange in science and technology, build a sharing platform of academic resources, promote scientific innovation on the global scale, improve academic cooperation between China and the outside world. It also aims to encourage exchange of information on research frontiers in different fields, connect the most advanced academic resources in China and abroad, turn research results into industrial solutions, bring together talents, technologies and capital to boost development.The International Conference on Communications, Information System and Software Engineering (CISSE 2020) hold as a sub-venue of the 2020 2nd International Academic Exchange Conference on Science and Technology Innovation (IAECST 2020). The conference hosted by AEIC Academic Exchange Information Centre. We warmly welcome previous and prospected authors submit your new research papers to CISSE 2020, and share the valuable experiences with the scientist and scholars around the world.The conference model was divided into two sessions, including oral presentations and keynote speeches. In the first part, some scholars, whose submissions were selected as the excellent papers, were given 15 minutes to perform their oral presentations one by one. Then in the second part, keynote speakers were each allocated 30-45 minutes to hold their speeches. In this conference, we were greatly honored to have invited Prof. Anhui Liang from Guangdong University of Technology, GDUT, China as our Conference Chair. There were over 70 experts and scholars in the area of Communications, Information System and Software Engineering representing different famous universities and institutes around the globe to attend the conference.During the conference, we were pleased to invite four distinguished experts to present their insightful speeches. Prof. Nikolaos Freris, our first keynote speaker, from University of Science and Technology of China. His research interests: Reliability Design, Simulation and Modeling of Integrated Circuits and Electronic Devices. Prof. Philippe Fournier-Viger, from Harbin Institute of Technology. He devoted to Data Mining, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Pattern Mining, Itemset Mining, Graph Mining, Sequence Prediction and other related research area. Prof. Yulin Wang, from Wuhan University. He had outstanding research in Image and Video Processing, Digital Rights Management, Information Security, Intelligent System, E-Commerce, IoT, Code Clone and other related area. A.Prof. Miaowen Wen, our finale keynote speaker, from South China University of Technology. His research area: Wireless Communication, Molecular Communications.The participants of the conference were from most part of the world, with background of either academia or industry, even well-known enterprise. The success and prosperity of the conference is reflected high level of the papers received. The proceedings are a compilation of the accepted papers and represent an interesting outcome of the conference. CISSE 2020 for exchange of research findings, analysis, information, and knowledge in areas which include but are not limited to: Emergency Communication, Remote Sensing and Satellite Communication, Big Data and Intelligent Computing, Blockchain Technology and Systems, Emerging Embedded Applications and Interdisciplinary Topics Track, Software Engineering and other related topics.We would like to acknowledge all of those who supported CISSE 2020. Each individual and institutional help are very important for the success of this conference. Especially we would like to thank the organizing committee for their valuable advices in the organization and helpful peer review of the papers. We sincerely hope that CISSE 2020 will be a forum for excellent discussions that will put forward new ideas and promote collaborative researches.
