Abstract
The Sixth International Conference on Green Energy and Environment (The 6th ICoGEE 2023) was organized by the Faculty of Science and Engineering – Universitas Bangka Belitung. This event took place over two days, October 24th - 25th, 2024, under the theme “Advancements in Green Energy and Environment Technologies: Opportunities and Challenges”. As an annual conference, ICoGEE provides a highly competitive forum for presenting and discussing the latest innovations in green energy applications, environmental science and technology, and energy and environmental management. The conference’s parallel sessions allow presenters to share their research findings, exchange new ideas and information, and explore applications related to theory, design, development, implementation, testing, and evaluation in green energy and environment. This year’s ICoGEE features four distinguished speakers from Japan, Taiwan, Philippines, and Indonesia, who will lead in-depth discussions on cutting-edge topics in the field. Our great honor is that four experts gave excellent keynote speeches: Prof. Pankaj Koinkar from Tokushima University Japan, Dai-Qui Vo Ph.D from University of Science and Technology Taiwan, Prof. Diogenes Armando Pascua from Southern Philippines, Assoc. Prof. Ni Nyoman Nepi Marleni, Ph.D from Gajah Mada University. Eighty-Nine (89) participants ICoGEE with affiliations six (6) countries consisting of Indonesia, Philippines, India, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Sweden. Another goal of ICoGEE is to build a collaborative network between government, practitioners, and academics to solve problems in the energy and environmental sectors. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all those who have worked tirelessly to make this conference possible, including the authors, editors, and review committee members. We are especially grateful to our keynote speakers, publishers, co-organizers, sponsors, and individuals who have contributed to the event’s success.
