Abstract
Abstract In order to strengthen the international academic exchanges and cooperation, promote the development of phytochemical natural products, functional foods and related scientific research, 4th International Symposium on Phytochemicals in Medicine and Food (4-ISPMF) was held from November 30 to December 5, 2020, Xi’an, China. The conference was hosted by International Association of Dietetic Nutrition and Safety, European Phytochemical Society, Asian Phytochemical Society, eFood, and Food Frontiers, and organized by Northwest University and Shanxi Normal University. Representatives from more than 60 universities participated in this event online and onsite.
