Abstract
The article is dedicated to the pressing issue of modernizing education in post-war Ukraine, which requires significant investment in human capital. Particular attention is given to the importance of digital technologies in shaping a modern educational environment that provides access to the resources needed to train highly qualified specialists capable of restoring infrastructure and implementing innovative solutions. The authors emphasize the importance of creating innovation-educational clusters that integrate education, science, and business, facilitating the education and retraining of various population groups, including internally displaced persons, people with disabilities, and those who have experienced stressful situations. Innovative educational clusters that actively leverage digital technologies open new horizons for learning and professional development. They provide seamless access to the most advanced resources and educational tools, allowing not only for an improvement in the quality of education but also for a prompt response to the challenges of a dynamic labor market. In the context of rapid digital transformation, it is crucial not only to integrate cutting-edge technologies into the educational process but also to create an innovative learning environment that fosters creativity, critical thinking, and adaptability. Such an environment should promote interaction among participants in the educational process, shaping new approaches to teaching and learning while ensuring opportunities for lifelong learning. The digitalization of educational processes opens up new opportunities for improving the quality of education by updating competencies in response to contemporary challenges, which is critically important for Ukraine’s post-war reconstruction.
