Abstract
the «single window» mechanism is considered one of the most effective practices in the conditions of functioning of various executive authorities in the world. What the current international practice shows is the usage of such technology in the system of interdepartmental information and technical interaction of customs authorities makes it possible to speed up customs operations during customs control. Thus, the purpose of the study was to develop possible ways to implement the “single window” mechanism within the electronic information exchange of the Russian Federation’s customs authorities. During the scientific development of the problem, the research data of the analytical group of the World Customs Organization were used as well as the regulatory framework constituting the law of the Eurasian Economic Union and accessible publications of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. During the analysis of the above sources, the main enlarged groups of directions related to the implementation of the technology under study in a number of countries of the world were identified. The result of the study is to determine the most optimal vector for the development of information customs technologies within the framework of interdepartmental cooperation. The practical significance of the work carried out consists in the possibility of further defining a comprehensive state program that contributes to improving the effectiveness of electronic document management within the executive authorities’ communication channels.
