Abstract

When it comes to fruit and wine production, one of the serious problems for many producers in Serbia is the frost. Frost occurs in a relatively short period of time and, depending on the timing and intensity, can cause greater or less damage to the cultivated crop. Damage can be reflected in a significant decrease in the crop in the current production year, but in addition, the damage can also have a long-term character.
