Abstract

The determiming method of the movement of the soil slice after its rejection from the knife in case of the same rotor rotary tiller direction is stated in the paper. Starting from the known value of the angle (a) at which the theoretical soil slice is rejected and the known initial value of the slanting shot speed (vo), the trajectory and the location of the collision (K) with the formwork or cover of the rotary tiller are determined. First, the time interval (t*) of the duration of the slant shot was determined depending on the distance (D) of the formwork or cover, and then the location of their collision (K defined by the angle c). When analyzing the intensity of the ground crumbling, it is also necessary to know the angle at which the particle strikes the formwork or cover (y) relative to normal, as well as speed at stricke point. The obtained results of the shape of the trajectory of the slanting shot proved to has a great dependence on the angle (a) at which the soil slice is rejected from the knife (ie indirectly from: the width of the blade wing (L), the angle knife setting (g), the moment of the beginning of sliding and friction coefficient relative soil slice to knife surface.
