Family planning services at Puskesmas increased sharply, while hospital and government service both went down and services by doctors and private practice midwives remained high. Utilization of BPJS health card for family planning services is still low. The use of BPJS Health card for family planning services has a significant relationship to the use of LTCM. Conclusion: Non contraceptive use of LTCM is still high. Utilization of BPJS health card for family planning services is still low, whereas the use of BPJS health card has almost four chance to encourage the use of KB MKJP.
