Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of training and work discipline on employee productivity at PT. Wintextile Purwakarta in the Quality Control department. Using a quantitative research model, the method used is descriptive verification method and the sample is 45 respondents with the saturated sample method from employees of the Quality Control Department of PT. Wintextile Purwakarta. The analiytical used in testing the hypothesis is to use multiple linear regression analysis techniques with processing tools IBM SPSS version 25. This study shows that training has a significant significant effect on work productivity, then work discipline has a significant significant effect on work productivity at PT. Wintextile Purwakarta, and for the two variables of training and work discipline on the work productivity of PT. Wintextile in the Quality Control department has a significant influence.
