Abstract

PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Cab Office. Duri is one of the participating banks thrive and grow well. From year to year growth of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Cab Office. Duri unstable as a result of the employee's performance. The role of human resources (HR) is important for the development of the company because it has a role as a potential driver of all activities of the company. Companies that have qualified human resources that can easily integrate with the company's vision to its employees so that the company's goal to achieve company goals can be achieved. This research was conducted by Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch of Thorns by using motivation to work as an independent variable and performance as the dependent variable. The purpose of this study was to determine how the effects of work motivation on employee performance of PT. Bank Mandiri Syariah Branch Duri. This study is the use of quantitative methods, simple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing partially (t test), and the coefficient of determination. Sample collection technique used is the census where the sample size is 31 people . From the results of regression testing using SPSS 20, it can be concluded that the 95 percent confidence level this model significantly to the value T at 3,012> 2,045, as well as the significance level was 0.005 less than 0.05. This means that motivation has a significant effect on performance. In other words Motivation significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Duri. Based on the test results can be obtained SPSS coefficient R of 0.488 is a positive correlation with the motivation on employee performance coefficient value adjusted R2 of 0.238, which means that the contribution of the effect of motivation on employee performance with R Square of 23.8% and the remaining 76.2% influenced by other factors not examined in this study
