Abstract
Civil servant is one of human resource that has an important role and its position in governance organitation. In face up globalitation whtch full of callenge and opportunity, local government should be able to inovate in inprovement public service quality so inpression of government. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality on the performance of employee services in the implementation of IMB licensing in One Stop Service Office of Aceh Besar District. The data collection technique used in this research is simple random sampling which is a probabililty sampling technique that is sampling which gives equal opportunity for every element (member) of population. This technique is said to be simple (simple) because the collection of sample members from the population is done randomly regardless of the strata in the population. So, in this study the researchers set the amounts of samples as many as 100 respondents who use licensing services especially licensing services IMB at One Stop Service Office of Aceh Besar District.
 Based on the results of the research shows that the performance of One door employees of Aceh Besar Regency is seen from the service dimension of good reliability, responsiveness, confidence, empathy, and tangible has given satisfaction to society. Overall, the people are satisfied with the performance of the services provided by the employees at the One Stop Office of Aceh Besar. The variables of service reliability, responsiveness, confidence, empathy and tangible variables are closely related to performance variable of permit service of IMB at One Stop Office of Aceh Besar that is 98,6%. The service reliability, responsiveness, confidence, empathy and tangible variables significantly affect the performance of IMB licensing service at One Stop Office of Aceh Besar Registry of 97,3%.
 All the independent variables in this study have a significant and positive effect both partially and simultaneously on the performance of IMB licensing service at One Stop Service Office of Aceh Besar Regency, in other words hopotesis in this research is accepted.
