Abstract
This research aims to determine employee performance at the Sidoarjo Regional General Hospital through independent variables including leadership style, workload, and internal control. This research is a type of quantitative research, where the source of testing is based on numbers and data as material for discussion. The population in this study were employees of the Sidoarjo Regional General Hospital. The sample obtained was 178 respondents. Data collection techniques use observation and questionnaires. The tests carried out in this research include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results show that the variables of leadership style, workload and internal control influence employee performance at the Sidoarjo Regional General Hospital
