Abstract
All papers published in this volume of IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering have been peer reviewed through processes administered by the Editors. Reviews were conducted by expert referees to the professional and scientific standards expected of a proceedings journal published by IOP Publishing.• Type of peer review: Single-blindThe review process is single-blind, the authors did not know reviewers, but reviewers know the authors.• Conference submission management system: EmailsAll the submission and communication to all the DCB′2020 authors through conference emails – ntssb_sf@abv.bg and dcb2020.bg@gmail.com• Number of submissions received: 37• Number of submissions sent for review: 34• Number of submissions accepted: 32• Acceptance Rate (Number of Submissions Accepted / Number of Submissions Received X 100): 86.4 %• Average number of reviews per paper: 2• Total number of reviewers involved: 35• Any additional info on review process: Reviewers were asked to judge the manuscripts based on ten criteria with four levels of assessments (good, acceptable, not acceptable, and poor). When the reviewer confirmed that all assessments as “good”, the manuscript was accepted for publication.
