Abstract
In the context of the implementation of the normal majors certification system, teaching evaluation is a vital part of the internal teaching quality monitoring system in colleges and universities, which plays a vital role in improving and enhancing the quality of education and teaching. Therefore, the “goal oriented and learning oriented” teaching evaluation index system is constructed based on B/S mode. With ASP. NET as the development platform and SQL Server 2008 as the background database, combined with the Internet technology, a teaching evaluation system with certain intelligent analysis function is designed and developed to expand the continuity and radiation of the effect of teaching evaluation, so as to provide effective support for college students, teachers and administrators and provide new ideas for college teaching evaluation.
