Teaching Quality Evaluation System of Part-Time Teachers

Abstract

This paper puts forward a way to design and realize a teaching quality evaluation system for part-time teachers. Through the evaluation of part-time teachers in the teaching process, the quantitative evaluation results of the teaching quality of the course can be gained on the basis of analytic hierarchy process to carry on the distribution of evaluation index weights, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method as well as the complex operation of fuzzy matrix. On this basis, the evaluation results of all the courses that the teachers teach has the weighted synthesis to get the evaluation of teachers' overall quality of teaching results. The system is based on Hadoop to deal with the mass data of the questionnaire, which greatly improves the computational efficiency of the evaluation results. It is more reasonable and efficient to evaluate the teaching quality of the teachers, and to solve the comprehensive and reasonable evaluation of the part-time teachers with this system.
