Abstract
Purpose This paper aims to review the latest management developments across the globe and pinpoint practical implications from cutting-edge research and case studies. Findings A study from Vietnam of 353 IT workers showed online knowledge sharing positively influenced employee innovation both directly and indirectly through job self-efficacy. The results also revealed that the innovative climate positively affected employee innovation, as well as moderated the relationship between online knowledge sharing and employee innovation.
