Abstract
PurposeThis paper aims to review the latest management developments across the globe and pinpoint practical implications from cutting-edge research and case studies.Design/methodology/approachThis briefing is prepared by an independent writer who adds their own impartial comments and places the articles in context.FindingsA study of 154 leaders and 249 employees in multinational companies set out to identify whether leaders’ emotional organizational commitment influences employees’ affective commitment to both the leader and the organization. The results revealed a positive influence at both the leader and employee levels.
