Abstract

PurposeThis paper aims to review the latest management developments across the globe and pinpoint practical implications from cutting-edge research and case studies.Design/methodology/approachThis briefing is prepared by an independent writer who adds their own impartial comments and places the articles in context.FindingsAn online survey was distributed to 600 professional staff and a total number of 360 respondents returned the survey at a West Africa HR agency. Results showed HPWS has a significant impact on employee innovation and organization performance in West Africa HR organization. The authors failed to prove a link between HPWS and “employee voice.” But they did show a positive effect of employee voice on employee innovation.Originality/valueThe briefing saves busy executives, strategists and researchers hours of reading time by selecting only the very best, most pertinent information and presenting it in a condensed and easy-to-digest format.
