Abstract
the article defines and reveals the main purpose, direction, mechanism of implementation and control, the expected result, as well as a set of basic measures that contribute to the implementation of the Concept of adaptive physical education and sports (hereinafter – APE and S) of military personnel with disabilities (hereinafter – LHA) in the system of vocational education and combat training of troops. The concept is aimed at solving an urgent problem facing the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation (hereinafter – the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation) – the development and maintenance of the infrastructure of the APE and S system for military personnel with limited health abilities or disabilities with the aim of their social and professional rehabilitation in the conditions of military professional activity. в статье определяется и раскрывается основная цель, направление, механизм реализации и контроля, ожидаемый результат, а также комплекс основных мероприятий, способствующих реализации Концепции адаптивной физической культуры и спорта (далее – АФК и С) военнослужащих с ограниченными возможностями здоровья (далее – ОВЗ) в системе профессионального образования и боевой подготовки войск. Концепция направлена на решение актуальной проблемы, стоящей перед Министерством обороны Российской Федерации (далее – МО РФ) – развитие и поддержание инфраструктуры системы АФК и С для военнослужащих с ОВЗ или инвалидностью с целью их социальной и профессиональной реабилитации в условиях военно-профессиональной деятельности.
