Abstract
The author counts several tile-stamps belonging to Moorish auxiliary units in Dacia. He challenges some readings of the abbreviated names of the troops, as those from the Roman forts at Răcari and Sînpaul. He also discusses the situation from the forts at Tibiscum and Mici, two well- known bases of the Moorish units. But the main point of the article is the new reading of a tile-stamp from the Roman villa at Dalboșeț and another one from the fort at Pojejena. Comparing the stamps with some recently found in the fort at Sutor he rejects the proposals of some authors concerning the civilian character of these stamps. They were produced in military workshops being similarly with stamps of the Moorish troops.
