Abstract

It is difficult to improve the project quality only relying on traditional quality management methods. For this reason, learning the advanced management from other countries is definitely necessary. This paper first introduces the general overview about today's project quality management in China, then explains lean construction theory. After that, this paper compares with the traditional quality management elaborating the similarity and difference. At last, but not the least, this paper continues to discuss about four practical factors for providing a way to be possibly used in the real industrial. In one word, writing this paper is to find a new angel trying to figure out the problems in construction quality management.
